Considering the spatial characteristics of Seoul Plaza, the video was produced by paying attention to the relationship between the historical changes of the city hall building, the footsteps of the public, and the time flowing in the Plaza, i.e., history. 

By setting the media screen as a wall that reveals the historical reality, history, humans, and the Plaza were expressed as an organic element through the change and movement of time and people‘s steps in their daily lives.

Minjeong Guem was born in Seoul in 1977 and graduated from Hongik University's Department of Sculpture and Graduate School. Starting with her first solo exhibition “Home” (Shinhan Gallery, Seoul) in 2006, the artist held 17 solo exhibitions, including “Keumho Young Artist _a breathing view” (2009, Kumho Museum of Art, Seoul), “Breathing Wall_Abstract Breathing” (2013, Culture Station Seoul 284 RTO, Seoul), "The wall.” (2014, Gallery Sejul, Seoul), "Art Museum Wall (2016 National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul Media Wall Screening, Seoul), "Flow, again" (2018, Culture Tank, Seoul). The artist participated in the Goyang Art Studio at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Nanji Art Studio at the Seoul Museum of Art, and the residency program at the Seoul Creative Space Hongeun Art Center. Her works are owned by the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Bank, Busan Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul Museum of Art, Kumho Museum of Art, and Samsonite Korea Co., Ltd.​
